1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You change your mind within 30 days of receiving your purchase, provided the item is in its original condition.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Downloadable products (e.g., digital sheet music).
  • Woodwind instruments that have been played and are undamaged.
  • Jaw harps or any item that makes contact with the mouth.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other returns, you are responsible for shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
